1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CAOSCE and CBT examination platform operated by CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990) at caosce.net (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990) provides a computer-based examination platform on which:

• Schools create and administer CAOSCE and CBT exams.
• Students take exams under remote proctoring (camera-monitored) conditions.
• Results are automatically scored and made available to the examining School.
• Revenue is shared with Schools, Lecturers, and Agents as agreed.

4. Student Rules of Conduct

By taking an exam on the Platform, the Student agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal information (name, exam number, etc.).
• Keep the camera turned on for the duration of the exam.
• Not switch tabs, minimize the browser, or leave the exam page while the test is in progress.
• Not use external assistance, notes, or devices not authorized by the School.
• Not share the exam link, exam number, or matric number with anyone else.
• Accept that any violation will result in automatic submission of the exam.

5. Proctoring and Auto-Submission

The Platform uses the device camera to verify identity and monitor the exam. Leaving the exam page, switching tabs, minimizing the browser, or turning off the camera will automatically submit the exam with whatever answers have been recorded so far.

6. Results and Retention

• Results are made available to the examining School immediately after submission.
• Results are permanently deleted from the Platform 24 hours after the exam ends. It is the School's responsibility to download results within this period.

7. Payments

• Students pay examination fees by bank transfer only.
• CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990) does not accept card payments and does not process or store card details.
• Payment is verified through our payment processor, VPay.
• Fees paid are non-refundable once the exam has started.
• A payment transaction record (reference, amount, date, exam number) is kept on file for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

8. Lecturer and School Payouts

• Schools, Agents, and Lecturers receive their agreed share of revenue from CAOSCE NETWORK LTD.
• Bank account details provided to CAOSCE NETWORK LTD are used solely for payout purposes and are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform.
• Impersonate another Student.
• Upload malicious code or content.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990). Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission.

11. Liability

CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990) is not liable for:

• Failures caused by the User's internet connection, device, or browser.
• Loss of results caused by the User failing to download them within the 24-hour window.
• Cheating or misconduct during an exam.
• Losses arising from any unauthorized use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

12. Termination

CAOSCE NETWORK LTD (RC 9839990) reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any User who violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
